Went in on Saturday raining lucky not busy (empty lobby) got seen fairly quickly- bronchitis (coughing ?) had tested negative few days earlier for COVID (month ago vaccinated) and flu (2 months ago vaccinated) got prescribed meds, staff was nice and so was doctor, unlike other person my insurance Medicare Advantage HMO/ Anthem- Elevance since they bill as office visit I shouldn't see bill/capitulation (unlike urgent care which is $30 copay) fingers crossed on billing Providence billing is really bad, some months got bills for copay when they should not be any... read full review
I needed to change my PCP because my encounter with my last Doctor was horrible. Found this clinic through my insurance, been a patient for a year now. To be honest I don't have any negative things to say. The staff is phenomenal. Working in the medical field you can encounter with rude patient care. I've haven't experience that with this clinic. At least not with me. Dr. Pyun is very knowledgeable and so understanding. I'm so glad I picked the right place for my medical care.
I've had my fair share of visits to urgent cares. The service that was provided and the experience we had here was one of the best I've ever had! The staff was welcoming, warm and friendly. The doctor was knowledgeable and made sure we understood our options of treatment. The nursing staff was so caring and tried to keep my son comfortable. Even after receiving treatment the whole staff was so friendly as we were saying our goodbyes. I would 100% recommend Providence to others!
