I was looking for a new dentist because my dentist of 30+ years retired during the COVID pandemic. I decided to have a consult with Dr. Ngo at Fairfield Ranch Dental after reading positive reviews. Dr. Ngo and her staff spent a long time during the first appointment taking X-rays, cleaning my teeth, and discussing the overall state of my dental health. Dr. Ngo was surprised that I still had my wisdom teeth. She pointed out that 3 of the 4 wisdoms were pretty badly decayed, and suggested an extraction of all 4 to avoid problems in the future. I was not too keen with the idea of extractions, but Dr. Ngo, using the X-rays and her instruments to show me the condition of the teeth, convinced me that I should go through with the process. She referred me to Dr. John Allen, an oral surgeon in Pomona, and I was pleased with his work (I am leaving a separate Yelp review for Dr. Allen).I am now visiting Fairfield Ranch every 4 to 6 months for cleanings. Dr. Ngo has also performed some minor work; she works efficiently, and is concerned about minimizing any pain. The staff is friendly, and the office is flexible in terms of scheduling appointments. I do not have dental insurance, but the prices charged for services are reasonable. I definitely recommend this dental office, and Dr. Ngo, for anyone looking for a new dentist, or a second opinion on an issue.
Dr Ngo and her staff are amazing! Brought my two boys to the office for a check up and cleaning. The office had a kids room with toys and a tv that kept them occupied. I referred all my friends and family to the office and so far everyone has thanked me for the referral! Would highly recommend!
