Best experience for physical therapy! Worked mostly with Dr. Justin and he showed me so many different exercises to help improve strength, balance and flexibility. I now feel confident in my abilities thanks to the empower team. Also, front office staff is welcoming and friendly!
I can’t recommend Empower Physical Therapy and Wellness enough for anyone recovering from ACL surgery! I had my surgery on March 2nd, and today, August 15th, marks my last day of therapy. The progress I've made is incredible, and it’s all thanks to this outstanding team.
Aurora and Rozzylyn made every visit smooth and welcoming. Josh and Herman guided me through exercises that significantly strengthened my knee, while Anthony pushed me to reach my goals without overdoing it. Dr. Justin provided a comprehensive plan that gave me confidence in my recovery.

I had a great experience when I needed to come to Empower to get physical therapy. All the staff from the doctors as well as the reception folks were so nice and accommodating and the PT sessions really helped me. This includes Anthony, Jeremy, Justin, Jacob, Herman, Josh, Kalea, Korynn, Aurora, Allison and Lisa.
