Had an appointment set for Saturday morning at 8:00. Get a text from Trevor at 7:14 saying he had van troubles and would be no later than 10:30 and would update me.Texted at 10:40 for an update. Hour later he texts saying he had to get his equipment back in the van. I asked for an ETA. Didn't get a text back until two hours later 1:30, this time he needed to pickup chemicals and looks to be at my house about 2:30...needless to say I cancelled his 'services'. Not only was his communication skills poor, but he also seemed to be very unprepared. Would not recommend.
