What a wonderful visit with Angela and Kelly in the Chico Walmart in the last two weeks! Both were helpful, knowledgeable, answered ALL my questions and concerns in a helpful manner!! This is my new "go to place" for any reading glasses and prescriptions to be filled and will share my good experience and great prices with others!! Thank you, Angela and Kelly for your professional and kind help!!

I needed an adjustment with my glasses, I walked in Walmart Optical, spoke to Kelly, showed him what I needed, and he quickly fixed my glasses. He was very professional, pleasant, and so willing to help. I will definitely call and ask for Kelly next time I need help in the optical area. Thank you Kelly for your help.

The Dr. was very nice and helpful but not very good at keeping appointment times. My first appointment was at 9:20 a.m. and there were two people ahead of me, the Dr. didn't even get there until 9:40 a.m. I complained but the receptionist just blew it off with a "stuff happens" comment. The second appointment pretty much went the same way, I was kept waiting 35 minutes past my appointment time. This time I complained to the Dr. who just shrugged it off by saying he was running late. Try showing up to work on time and maybe you won't be running late! Fortunately, I don't have to go back again.
