This place a wonderful experience. The attentive and welcoming staff make this experience even better. The facility is clean and warm. I love the oasis room, a space where you can land after your float, enjoying the oxygen bar, journaling or coloring and more.
I had a wonderful experience at True Rest from the moment I walked in the front door! Lydia (sp?) was very welcoming and engaging. She provided great guidance and hospitality. The float itself was very relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommend this experience!!
Truly relaxing experience--I fall asleep while floating! If you've never tried floating in a pod before, this is a great place to start! The staff is awesome, and it's super-clean everywhere!!! ?
