I visited the shop to have the fans replaced in my gaming laptop, bringing along the necessary parts. Gary efficiently completed the installation in less than two hours, demonstrating excellent expertise. He also provided me with software that offers enhanced insights into my hardware. As a result, my laptop now operates even better than it did when new. The exceptional customer service I received is highly commendable, and I will certainly return for any future computer needs.

I dropped my external hard drive losing years of photos and hard work. I went to The Computer Guy and although he attempted to bring up my photos he was unable to do so since my drive was badly damaged. Gary sent the drive out for retrieval services. Although The Computer Guy was not able to do this service and it subsequently cost me a bundle of money I had done my research and appreciated his honesty. It took a few weeks for the turn around and throughout the process Gary kept me appraised of where I was in the process and he was optimistic. My work was retrieved and I have since backed up everything on a second external hard drive. Hopefully I won't need computer...read full review
