Folks! I was in the same boat as all of you. I also purchased solar panels from Phoenix Solar Energy. I started noticing my light bill increasing in 2023. So for six months I was confused. I decided to call SolarEdge the manufacturer for my solar panels. They told me my panels were not producing energy. They immediately know what the issue was and sent me the replacement part because my panels are under an manufacturer warranty for 25 years. Here is when the challenge began for me. SolarEdge said I had to get the installers to come out and install the new system. Well, of course that was impossible because Phoenix Solar Energy is out of business. I called and called so many different companies to see who can help. Long story short, I finally called Luxury Energy Solar LLC. luxuryenergysolar.com. They quoted me what the cost would be to fix the issue and agreed to do a take over for me. If you live in Texas, call this company now.

This is a fraudulent company and please avoid them at all costs. I contracted them in 2019 to install solar panels & battery back up. Paid $1000 at the time of contract signing and 80% was due on installation and remaining after activation. They called me day before installing asking for 80% payment for material delivery next day. I paid as the delivery and installation was next day. They went missing in action after that. No one responding to emails or phone calls. Lodged a complaint with CSLB which investigated them and found to be cheating on several customers. I was one of those unfortunate ones. I believe CSLB revoked their license, barred the owner from starting future business, ruled against them to return the money back. While I was wondering how to collect the money back, CSLB contacted me about state setting aside funds for consumer relief from frauds like this. I was finally able to get all the money back from this fund. Just beware of fraudulent businesses like these.

Phoenix solar I have a complaint they are going around collecting money and not installing solar panels just taking you for a ride not an honest company. Don't use this company it ripped us off there unreliable.
