Can you have a favorite funeral home? I felt at home here, taken care of, and understood. It takes special people to work so closely with grieving families. This was the most positive experience I could have hoped for. Thank you so much for the time and care you took with my dad and our family.
Bob and his son Dane were amazing to work with. My Mom passed away suddenly and unexpectedly and Bob was so kind and attentive to her and us and our needs and concerns. It honestly felt like we were his only customers with how he made us feel. He was so kind and respectful in explaining the processes and his services were done quickly and efficiently. He went the extra mile to get her fixed up quick so that one of my sisters who couldn’t stay til the funeral could come have a private viewing. He was very responsive and accommodating and so pleasant and comforting to talk to! Thanks so much Bob and team!
I have always used Newton Bracewell for my loved ones passing. Its always been a gentle, caring experience, during my most diffulcult of times. Thank you especially Geoff for helping with my recent loss of my mother. As always very caring and gentle...ty
