Just terrible in every aspect you could imagine. She made us buy Quickbooks and a new computer for a small business (it is a program for bookkeepers, not for a small food truck) and never followed through with the help she said she was going to provide (of course, not for free) We had to learned Quickbooks by our own when it is not the client's job to take on that task. At the end, she had closed her office and never returned our phone calls. We had to go to her home to pick up our files to take it to another CPA but she decided she was going to finish her job, and did it WRONG. I called her and spoke with her about the IRS billing me $6000.00 She said to send her everything via email, I did and she never called me back. I called her 10 times as I was very scared (IRS after all) . once she answered and said she would get to it soon ( I was on a time limit as they were going to keep adding on interest).. After 3 months of calling and not getting a response and her not helping me I paid the IRS bill which was then $2,000 more. I would not recommend this person if she was the last CPA on Earth
