I love jc Penny's !! I only paid 28$ for this shampoo. That's up to 45$ elsewhere. I love their sales !! Friends and family is a great one -- 50% off ! Plus other coupons and shirts only cost 15$ that are normally 45.

Get my hair cut there from a Lady named Gloria. She knows what I like. And the first time I went there she got it right the first time. It's great to have someone that gets it right everytime I change my styles. She's great

Excellent Service! Very friendly and knowledgeable! It was my first time there and The young lady that cut my hair was very professional and skilled! Her customer service was top notch! I felt as though I was hanging out with my own daughter! Very intelligent and comfortable conversationalist! I wish I remembered her name.. She has long dark-hair!
