“We bought our house, new, 35 years ago. It was time for a new roof, especially after having so much rain this past year, and leaks were discovered. Our old roof was composite tile, apparently the tiles were put too close together so that water drainage was an issue, and we also had moss, which isn’t good. Chico Roofing came to our rescue. They were fair in pricing, and the crew that installed our roof (Jesse was the foreman) were very respectful, polite, considerate, and clean/neat. At the end of each day everything was cleaned up and nothing was left behind. We had some areas that were in bad shape, and Jesse and his crew took care of all repairs. We no longer need to be concerned about leaking, or water damage. Our roof is beautiful, and honestly (in my opinion) the nicest roof on our street. I walk every day, and tend to check out roofs, and I’m so pleased with the results. This company was easy to talk with, they answered all of our questions before, during, and after installation. I would highly recommend Chico Roofing Company if you are in the market for a new roof replacement.
