I like Four Counties Roofing,. Always received friendly service. Sometimes they get busy to the point of not being able to give you a definite time they can make it out. Why? Because they get swamped with calls and sometimes jobs get more involved that was anticipated. I see two bad reviews here - One from a "Combat vet" from Washington State, and another comment by a lady in Oceanside, CA. Neither of these places are remotely near Chico, CA (where Four Counties is) so I would definitely be a little skeptical about that. Four Counties does a good job and are everyday decent folks. I wanted to write to say that it is shameful to treat a combat vet like a worthless person. I am a military family and although the military doesn't mean you are a perfect person..anyone who has stood for our country in that warzone should be treated with the utmost respect..shame on you and especially to the owner, probably related to the secretary, for not giving this man the courtesy of a call to make things right.

Please do not give your business to this company. I am a 100% Disabled Combat Veteran who was trying to schedule a quote and appointment. Sounds pretty routine? Should have been but just as with numerous other reviews that I have come across about this company the secretary was of the worst possible character and customer service. I attempted to explain that I have extreme PTSD and needed her to slow down and not talk over me. To which she replied something to the effect of "So what, you will comform to what I want". Having spent 6yrs, 3 months and 1 day of overseas service during a 10+ years of wartime. I would have hoped that she could have shown a little... read full review
