Bought our home almost 9 years ago in Sycamore Creek and this is still one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Chico. It was fun watching all of the homes be built out here. We love our home. We have had warranty issues over the years and Epick has been responsive and taken care of the repairs. Warranty issues are never any fun, having contractors in your home fixing things and your life disrupted. However I do appreciate that the repairs were made. Epick also lets you make changes during the build. We almost went with another local builder but were very limited on what we could personalize. Recently purchased an Epick home as the second homeowner. We had some questions about paint colors, warranties etc and called their main office. We had the information back to us in less than a day. They were easy to deal with and sent us a list of the subcontractors from the jobsite along with the warranty material. The house is a great floor plan and in great condition after 6 years.

Love my home, glad to work with a builder that allowed necessary changes to be made to accommodate my families needs. Sales team was easy to work with and their Superintendent Jason was very knowledgeable and offered some great advice. Looking forward to many years in our home.
