After suffering low back pain and sciatica-type issues for more than a decade (sometimes it was better, sometimes it was worse) I finally broke down and visited Dr. Martin. He was honest with me-- this wasn't going to be a quick fix and it would probably take a visit every week for a while. The first visit was great; I experienced three hours of relief. The second visit didn't help at all and I was discouraged. But by the third and fourth treatment, my body was beginning to get the message and stay in place. And on the fifth treatment, I had no pain and didn't need adjusted. I am actually pretty shocked at how fast I responded and am grateful for Dr. Martin. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and he was willing to perform the adjustment in a gentle manner because I tense up easily and resist. Now, it's a been a month since my last treatment and I'm still going strong. And if anything happens and that changes, I'll be back.
