We had Cronic work on our house due to water damage issues. They were super professional and caring. There was some miscommunication in the beginning, but there was no hesitation to get it sorted out. They really wanted to make sure we were happy with the work they did. Rusty constantly stopped by to check on the job and answered any questions we had. I always had a lot of them! Lol. He was awesome to work with!! Matt started the job and was super nice and friendly. Here's a shout out to the Cronic Disaster team, Erick Bunch, Rusty Bell, and particularly Matthew Mitts who was charged with the task of making my bathroom and kitchen livable again , after a leak was found inside a bathroom wall. For over a month Matthew worked hard to make sure everything was done well. He proved very easy to work with, and tried his best to please me. He truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was completed and done well. Great job!
