“This was my first time ever having a cleaning service. This was for a commercial building that gets day to day wear and tear. From our employees to delivery drivers, the foot traffic is high. I can't say enough good things about the quality of service I received. They cleaned from top to bottom. Bathrooms, kitchens, cleaned all the walls, washed our office windows inside and out. They buffed and waxed our old VCT tile that I thought was ruined. It looks brand new again. Their entire team just worked and didn't stop until the job was done. “Absolutely wonderful ?? My Fiancée and I were gifted a free shag rug for our babies room, but unfortunately it was from a pet friendly home and was horribly soaked in urine. We had it cleaned by another company who was unable to get the smell out and cleaned. We had brought it home and it smelt so strongly that I could not let my children in their room for a few days once we had it laid out as the smell was SO aggressive. When we contacted epic, they texted us back almost immediately and we were able to get the rug to them and being cleaned within a few days. He was open with us about the timeline and all cleaning preferences, and had it done within a few weeks due to frequent rain postponing the drying process. We finally got it back today and I am so grateful to say that it smells SO much better! We put it in the babies room and I cannot express how relieved I feel knowing that my 4mo old can freely explore around their room safely again. Absolutely would recommend.“
