I have been going to see deborah for a long time and can't say enough good things about her! Have grey curly hair and she knows exactly what to do. Deborah has a heart of gold and is a very caring person. So besides loving how she takes care of my hair i love her as a person.

I have been coming to Capelli's Salon for 25 years having the lovely Deborah Armstrong cutting my hair. I won't let anyone else touch my hair but her. Her many years of expertise in this field is incredible. She is the most sweetest person too. Always willing to listen on any ideas you have and much more. Deb is one of the best in Chico. Every week for many years I have women come up to me and ask (who cuts your hair). They even take pictures of my hair cut. So, I tell them about Deborah Armstrong at Capelli's on 1368 E. 1st Ave., Chico, Ca.. I love Deb....she's the best***
