Jess is the best in the massage biz! Her knowledge and approach on body work is second to none! I've been competing in fight sports for 20 years. After sustaining some serious injuries Jess helped me recover better than before. She is hands down the best I've been to and by far the most amazing therapist around!
Ben is amazing. I have been seeing Ben for nearly two years now for my various aches and pains. I always leave feeling much better. But, and this is a big deal so pay attention, on my last visit, Ben was working on my right shoulder and I noticed some discomfort in my right elbow. I immediately asked him about it. He mentioned something about a possible nerve impingement. Wheels started turning in my head at this point. You see I have been "diagnosed" with lateral epicondilitis, tennis elbow, in my left elbow. I have had constant pain and limited use of my left arm for the better part of three years. My orthopedist has thrown everything at it, cortisone, physical therapy, iontophoresis without any change, in fact they all just pissed off the elbow that much more. So when Ben was manipulating my right shoulder and I experienced similar sensations in my right elbow as in my left, I asked him about it and he recommended we do some A.R.T. on the left shoulder and pectoralis minor. Within 5 minutes of manipulation, I felt a tug in my elbow, sort of akin to pulling a wire through a tight space, and just like that I had full use of my arm. The full range of motion has been restored to me. I honestly thought I would have to live with the pain and limited use of my arm from here on out, as I had no confidence in surgery or any other remedy proposed by my orthopedist as his batting avg. at this point was zero. I am grateful to Ben for having the knowledge and skill to return it to me.
