I worked with Richard Billson and his team on an office building/Surgery suite we are renting. I found him to be responsive, professional and very put together. They came on the project a year and a half after the agreement was made for the build to suit and things began to actually move along, quickly. He was hired by the buildings owner but did an impeccable job managing our expectations along side the expectations of the owner. He played mediator to the two of us countless times and went above and beyond to help us even after the project finished. I enjoyed working with them and would recommend them in the future to any of my clients.
