If I could give more stars I would. I have been coming here for a couple years now and I continue to be impressed. As I get older it seems there is always some niggling ache or pain. Jennifer listens, asks questions, and then gets to work. She really takes time to listen. The application of the needles is barely perceptible, but the effectiveness of the treatment cannot be denied. The entire experience is calming and peaceful. If you are searching for an acupuncturist, as I was when we moved to Chico, you will not find anyone better.

I have had chronic ear congestion for 2 months-- it's so annoying. I have gone to two doctors, an Ear/Nose/Throat specialist, a chiropractor, and have utilized every video on lymphatic drainage and stretching techniques I can find online. Some things have helped mildly but I never really got that full clearing feeling-- they just clogged back up immediately. I decided to go to American Chi today to see if they could help. I am desperate for relief. After my appointment while driving home I yawned and my ears completely cleared. I can feel them now battling between trying to clog back up or trying to stay clear. This is the most relief I've had in 2 months and I'm feeling optimistic that we're on the right path. The staff is really warm and welcoming and cleaning appropriately during this pandemic. I felt completely taken care of. THANK YOU LADIES! I hope this is the answer for my ears!!!!!!!!
