Vets in this area of the country are few and far in between. And good vets are even harder to find. I drive an hour from Susanville to come here. They have an amazing team that know exactly what they're doing, and I am beyond grateful for them!

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Nelson Vet Services!! They have seen us through some harrowing times. The staff is very knowledgeable and compassionate. We wouldn’t take our beloved fur-babies anywhere else!!

Compassionate and was able to treat our German shepherd immediately for a UTI and get her the relief and medication she desperately needed. We are grateful for their expert care- and williness to address our emergency medical need!!' Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!! We were out of town and received the medical punctually!
