“Classes are consistent...each one goes from warm-up, to flow, to a building up to peak pose (changes every week), to cool-down. Always ends with a cold eucalyptus washcloth, placed on your forehead during shavasana. Instructors are all friendly and very informative. 50-minute classes might seem short, but they are actually the perfect length for the amount that is packed in.“

“Had my first class here with Corey's Tuesday 6pm Rhythm Ride. It was fantastic! Corey had an amazing playlist (up to date with what's popular, but not toooooo Top 40), great energy, rode on the bike the entire time, engaged with each rider by calling out our names, and overall led a great class with good instruction. The lighting in the studio was also so fun and felt like a party. I used to work front desk at Soulcycle and usually hold a high standard for cycling studios because of that experience. However, Dig totally exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend!“
“This is an amazing studio with a wide variety of classes from Power Yoga, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, and more. Some of the teachers come from the studio's own 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (Certified by Yoga Alliance) which instructs on the spiritual teachings of yoga, yoga therapy, and much more. It goes so much deeper than teaching poses and you can feel it in the vibe of the studio. Owner Linda Suffin is wonderful, and has a deep history with yoga and running studios. “I had knee replacement surgery in January after several years of back and knee pain caused by a bicycle accident. And, for the past several months have been getting physical therapy in both areas. Although, much better, some pain is still consistent. After one treatment at Dharana Sanctuary, Bernhard was able to pin point the tightness and give me incredible relief that lasted for over a week. He also suggested several Yoga positions and exercises that would be beneficial. I'm a believer! I have been to other studios and I always feel like I am cheating on them. It's that good. If you want a easy, relaxing experience try restorative class. Offered about once a Month or so these classes are super good. If you want hard, take an advanced or private. I cannot possibly say enough nice things about these nice people. They are such good people. Yoga is their passion and have no agendas. Come once, come everyday, but just come. All levels are welcome, prices are super reasonable. But they make the difference. In full disclosure I have a bromance with Stephan and so much respect for Diana his wife. She always takes the class temperature and adjusts to the mood and lunar cycles. He takes extra time to help people like me, who need extra help. Both offer completely different classes. Hardest part of yoga, getting on your Mat. As you both know, I love you two. “I have been going to Kathy Demac for 15 years. She is a master Pilates instructor, trained by the top people. She is also a certified Yoga therapist and certified Gyrotonic specialist. She operates out of her gorgeous studio in Agoura Hills. She is an expert in the human body. She can work with you based on your needs. You want to get ripped--she can do that. If you have medical issues, she has the knowledge and the intuition to know exactly what you need to improve, get stronger, and most importantly--not hurt you. I had experiences prior to her where the expert was not trained well enough and I got injured--but never with Kathy. She is also the sweetest and nicest person around. Best thing I ever did for my body was to continue to see her. She can see people individually or in duos. She sanitizes after every client and I feel very safe there. I finally got my husband to do too and now he won't stop. He is stronger and in better shape than when he went to the gym.“
