Here's how they orchestrated my transformation: The WWF team didn't just throw a salad with chicken breast at me and call it a day. No, they dissected proteins like scientists--timing, types, and daily portions--all in pursuit of my weight gain crescendo. Picture this: a type of protein when me & my muscles awake in the morning, followed by another type of protein before work out, yet another type of protein/amino acid during work out session, 1 more type of protein within 30 mins of workout, and wrap up the cycle with yet another type of protein before sleep. I attend both mat and reformer pilates classes at least 3x/weekly via Class Pass and I keep coming back to Better Body for a consistent, well-rounded workout! Classes are challenging and there is a focus on appropriate form, which sometimes gets lost in group environments. I appreciate how the instructors provide real-time feedback to prevent any injuries, as well as modifications if needed. Mari has been in business for over 20 years and there's a clear reason why! “I haven't been to the gym in many years, but when Stive 11 popped up on my feed, I knew it was my type of gym. I'm a busy working mom, so my schedule is tight and jam packed. I love a gym where I can go in anytime without any class times. The workout is focused and efficient so I can get in and out. I love that the stations they set up change daily which keeps it interesting. I was very nervous going in, but relaxed once meeting the multiple friendly staff. They started by taking some data collection with this cool machine they have. Now I can track my progress on an app. Next, we began a warm-up. As I moved from station to station, they were attentive and explained every exercise as I came to it. I have issues with my back and neck/shoulder, so they were able to modify and adjust to work with me. It was a no brainer that I needed to join. I'm excited for this new fitness journey.“

“Had my first class here with Corey's Tuesday 6pm Rhythm Ride. It was fantastic! Corey had an amazing playlist (up to date with what's popular, but not toooooo Top 40), great energy, rode on the bike the entire time, engaged with each rider by calling out our names, and overall led a great class with good instruction. The lighting in the studio was also so fun and felt like a party. I used to work front desk at Soulcycle and usually hold a high standard for cycling studios because of that experience. However, Dig totally exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend!“
“I've been going to Pilates with Passion for over 10 years (with some breaks due to illness). Kelly is smart, fit, and very knowledgeable as well as a great instructor. She works at your skill level and makes accommodations for any special needs. Kelly helped me to lose 50lbs after 9 months of high dose steroids, to recover after a hip replacement, and regain motion and strength after two disc replacements and a second hip surgery. Plus Pilates is fun, graceful, and challenging. (I tried several classes at Club Pilates and there is so much more to it than what they teach, plus they don't teach you the core ideas or the ways to be safe. One of the moves they had my class do was not a traditional Pilates manoeuvre and I actually fractured my T11 vertebra while trying to do it. There's a reason the classes are cheaper.) “LOVE. My 12yo son is just starting, was very nervous the first day, but they had him fitting right in. My son has social anxiety, but craves individual style physical challenges (climbing, parkour...). Hapkido has been a perfect fit. I thought it would be "too baby/too beginner" for him, as a 12yo, but even with younger kids in the beginner class, he didn't feel too old. They challenge them right away to step up to level, and he left practicing the moves for hours.“
