I have purchased product from them several times. They have been efficient. When I did have a problem with an order, they corrected it and even gave me something extra in my corrected order. I dealt direct with the company, not some indirect source such as Amazon. I definitely recommend doing business with this company.
Stay away from their products, cheap stuff they import from China and sell to people 10X the price. I bought KN(5 mask from them for $3.50 each, i found them on ebay for 50 cents. JUST STAY AWAY.
My OxyDerm stopped working after 30 days. I sent 4 emails to customer service and have yet to hear back. Worst customer service ever. Try emailing your customers back.
