Our disposer wasn't working and we called other services but Roto Rooter was the one with the best offers. Adam was the person sent over to us and he was very informative about our options. We decided to go with him fixing it on the spot and he did it very nicely and quickly. Definitely recommend Roto Rooter, especially if you are able to get Adam.
Joseph came on time and was very helpful! He immediately knew what the problem with our toilet filler valve was. He had all the parts and tools to fix the problem. After he finished his work, the toilet was working perfectly. Joseph was knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, and was very professional. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and in particular Joseph!
Ruben was professional, polite, and explained the whole process (even amidst an emergency kitchen sink clog/back up!) while also carrying out excellent and timely service to ensure the problem was fixed and the job was 100% complete. 10/10!
