I can’t say enough amazing things about the service Howard provided. My Epson printer needed the ink pads replaced and counter reset so I dropped it off at the end of the day before closing time and it was fixed and ready to be picked up the very next morning. Howard was extremely friendly and helpful every step of the way and accommodated my late pick-up time as I was coming from across the Valley (20 miles). There were much closer repair shops but I chose Printer Repair Pros because of all the glowing reviews here on Google and on Yelp, and yes, they are all spot on! This is the second time Howard has come to my home office to work on my 2 aging Epson printers. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an experienced, skillful and honest printer repair person.
Excellent work! They give you an estimate up front and the quality of their work is really good. I've taken several of my printers [Epson 3800 and P800] there and am very satisfied with the results. Highly recommended.
