“I've been to Propel a couple of times over the years -- once for rehab after lower back surgery and most recently for rehab from a serious physical condition. To say they provide a warm, welcoming environment with attention to each person's needs doesn't do it justice. Each therapist gets to know you, cares specifically for your problem, and guides you through exercises aimed at alleviating pain, building strength, and making you feel there will be light at the end of the tunnel. They employ expert methods and have top notch equipment to carry out each person's designed programs. O'Real sets the standard, and everyone else lives up to that standard. He is thorough, knowledgable, and most of all supportive in designing a program to "propel" you back into the world and your life. He's empathetic and kind, offering what most doctors "talk" but rarely "walk." In short, if all medical care would live up to the kind of care you get at Propel, the world and our medical system would be a far better place.“

“I had a frustrating experience at another physical therapist in the valley and am very thankful that I found Progressive. At the other physical therapist I was handed off to an assistant who was not particularly attentive and my primary therapist was rarely present during my sessions.My therapist at Progressive, Miral, was awesome. She’s extremely attentive, conscience of your condition when working on you, and cleared the low bar set by the other place of always being there. When I was working with Casey and Gabby, Miral was always present and available, so I never felt neglected. Additionally, Casey and Gabby were laser focused and helped me refine my form. Miral, Casey, Gabby and of course “the homework” helped me eliminate the majority of my lower back pain from herniated discs and achieve much more mobility. I cannot recommend them enough.“

“Was taken cared of by Gail and Vera, I couldn't have asked for better physical therapists to help me recover my pelvic floor post partum. Gail performed examination on my strength and severity of issue then gave me exercises to help me basically lifelong to keep everything in shape. “I am going to Fitness Philosophy because of a minor knee injury that hurt in a major way. ( I think it's because I imagined that my 74 year old body could somehow benefit by doing some plies in 1st thru 5th position. “Hard to put into words my gratitude to Valley Spinal Decompression Center. I walked in with constant cracking and neck pain. I Was having a hard time going about my busy day. I began to research alternative options , as my health provider recommended surgery or epidural shots , which I wanted to avoid at all costs. I came across a few other clinics who offer decompression services at a very costly rate . During my consultation appointment they reviewed my MRI and worked out a decompression treatment plan that literally picked me up and put me back on my feet . This method helped reverse the damage my herniated discs were causing in my neck . After a couple of months of treatment, I am back to my old self and able to function again . “Best chiropractor hands down!! Dr Middelthon is not your average chiropractor you visit for a quick 10 min adjustment. He cares for his patients and takes his time treating and explaining what is going on. He has state of the art equipment and has help me with numerous aches and pains. I feel better after every treatment. He offers Aspen Laser therapy (best cold laser treatment, sadly not offered everywhere) ask for packages each session comes out cheaper in price but worth every dollar. (Insurance doesn't cover laser therapy) He is an out of network chiropractor. I know he accepts PPO insurance; Aetna & United Health Care, they cover partial but that's better than nothing. His rates are higher than other chiropractors but after 1 treatment you know why. He gets booked a week or two in advance. (Offers a popular weight loss program) Unless someone cancels it is not likely you can schedule a same day appointment. I highly recommend Dr Middelthon to treat all your aches and pains.“
