I was not happy at thee end of the grave side... the chain they used slipped off the fork lift they used to lower the casket. No apology. No concern shown. I was almost violently angry. Beautiful place. HORRIBLE STAFF

I really have had very little interaction with anyone that works there. My older brother died at 5 months old in 1956. Another brother and myself finally made it there from out of state to pay our respects. We had all the info we needed as to where his marker was. We couldn't find him, we looked and looked. A maintenance guy came out to help us, he couldn't find him either. The reason? His headstone had about an inch of dirt a grass completely covering it. It was heartbreaking, just a baby, forgotten. Sadly he was not the only baby covered. I hope to one day make it back to uncover all of the forgotten babies headstones. I guess I was shocked they don't... read full review

The staff there were insensitive and non-sympathetic towards us who just lost a loved one. They did not even offer a simple condolences and were very cold from the moment we walked in to when we purchased the plot 1/2 hour later. Even though the plots are super expensive (over $20k for a single burial) in addition to other mandatory and unreasonable charges on top of that ($2500 +$500), one would expect a better customer service. But they gave us a map and told us to go look for ourselves instead of sending someone to accompany us and show the ground. As for the security, again they are insensitive and run it as if it is a military base as apposed to being more sympathetic.... read full review
