I called AAA to say I needed a new battery. Northridge Service came and did a great job to replace my battery, and then went way beyond my expectations to correct a minor error in the bill. Their honesty and efforts to please were great. This is a company that takes seriously its obligations to the customer, and I will always take my business there. They showed patience and conscientiousness to a degree that is rare today.
Northridge Service Inc. was the second towing company that came out to try and tow my Tesla with a faulty battery. The first couldn’t figure out how to pull the car up on the truck even if they could figure out how to get it into tow mode. The tow hook panel was covered by a wrap. Vlad got it in tow mode, pushed it out of the parking spot, did something under the car to pull the car onto the flat bed, and had it all done in 15 minutes. I highly recommend.
