I was out of town and needed a gel manicure. I chose Paula's because of the high ratings in Google, and I was very happy with my experience. My tech was Tee, and she was fantastic. I asked her to file my nails "narrower" as they had grown weirdly wide, and she executed it perfectly. She shaped and painted my nails quickly but perfectly. Prices are fair, too.

Another great experience at Paula's! They are always so accommodating! I didn't have an appointment so I did wait a little while but that was to be expected. Helen did a really nice job on my nails and made sure to do what I wanted. Thank you so much! I love this place!

I love Paula's! They really care about customer service here. Everyone is super kind and they know what they're doing. I come in to get my eyebrows done and they never disappoint, they take their time and make it worth your money($17). Very clean and spacious! My favorite nails spot! I don't get acrylics anymore but I have gotten them at Paula's and they STAYYYY for so long !
