Went over there to check out some tile options for my home improved projects this morning, the showroom is bright and clean.Kinda funny they are blasting Hispanic music at the showroom at 8am! And I mean BLASTING! It was a bit hard for me to focus, quite distracting!Anyway, the staff don't approach you unless you ask for help which I do prefer it that way. I saw some bad reviews for this place but I really don't think they don't want to service people or racist. Most of the staff I saw are actually Hispanic and very helpful once you ask them for info! Eneida who was the lady at the front is not only professional and she gets on the phone and e-mailing right away getting pricing and ETA for my order.Within 15 mins, I get pricing for 2 of the stone/tiles. And within 2 hours, I heard back from her via email (which I asked them to do instead of calling so I can keep track of the info with vendors) of the other option status. Talk about being efficient!!! Would totally recommend this place!
Needed to purchase 1300 sq ft of tile for a remodel project of my kitchen and living room at my house. Most places had a hard time filling such a large order but Emser Tile was able to not only show us a tile my wife loved, but also was able to order the quantity I needed within a few days. Lauren made the deal smooth and easy. She even gave me a discount for buying by the pallet! Very happy with service and the access to a large inventory.
We are doing multiple projects in our home, so the hassle of dealing with different companies is frustrating at times. Debbie at Emser was a pleasure to work with. She welcomed us with a great smile when we came into the showroom and took the time to show us different samples. We have now completed our bathroom remodel and will be re-visting Esmer and Debbie to complete our next project as we build our patio. We will be customers for life!
