Came from San Francisco to take care of my property. Had a somewhat of complex lock situation at the house and needed the locks and the safe locks changed/Rekeyed. Arthur was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Not only Took care of my issue, but actually improved it. Service and quality you won't expect from any big box stores

Had a lock break and called to see if they could repair it and re-key my other doors. Arthur had me text him photos of the doors so that he could bring appropriate hardware. He was there that afternoon and had the job completed in 30 minutes. He was friendly, professional and careful about his work...cleaning everything up as he went. I would recommend Elie's without question.

My indoor door from the garage to the house jammed over the weekend and I could not get into my house through the garage. This has been intermittently happening over the past few months and I tried to fix it with WD-40 but this time it just jammed for good. I called this company because they were local to me. I called them at 9 AM in the morning and Arthur came out by noon. He was able quickly see the issue which involved installing a new internal lock piece (not sure what it's called). He was quick and efficient and was also able to make me a few more keys right there out of his van. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.
