I had an emergency plumbing situation Drain Master was very responsive, they arrived quickly and efficiently fixed my drains. What I like the most is that they are trustworthy which is really rare in this business, they gave me the best value and helped me save money by providing me the best option.
Incredible and reliable service from Drain Master Plumbing & Rooter! Alex diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes and immediately called the warranty company to let them know of the issue so I can approve the work. The entire replacement of the water heater took less than 3 hours! He was communicative throughout the entire process since I wasn’t there physically and explained how everything will work. He also helped stop a leak that wasn’t part of original house call. He provides a 3 month warranty which is great!
