“This is long but I implore you to read if you have chronic neck pain and migraines. Since November 2022, I had severe neck pain and daily chronic intractable migraines. I went from ultrarunning and heavy lifting to hardly being able to do yoga in a matter of week.
Through my neurologist and physical therapist, we reached the extent of treatment in their fields which included medication and some regaining most of my neck muscle/tendon flexibility. I still had daily headaches by Jan 2024 but I was in much less pain. I started seeing Dr. Leap in January 2024 arriving at my first appointment with my normal daily migraine. She took some xrays and performed some tests to evaluate my cervical spine. With that information, she performed my first adjustment. By the time I got home from that appointment my headache was nearly gone. After going twice weekly for ~12 weeks, I am now on weekly maintenance and rarely have a headache anymore. The suffering I dealt with on a daily basis trying to work and maintain some sort of fitness is no longer. Had I seen Helle at the beginning of this health mess, I doubt I would have suffered for so long.
