Lydia is a generous, kind, and true practitioner. She's as authentic as it gets. I had acupuncture before and during my pregnancy. I sincerely believe she was part of my journey in becoming a mother. It was a bit expensive, however you get what you pay for. She also helped me a great deal with the Reynaud's like condition I had as well in which my fingers and feet would get cold and numb.
