I’ve been going to Pierre for years. He and his crew are amazing. I live in DTLA but I always travel to this shop in Chatsworth when I need repairs on my BMW because I trust them. They always give me the best price and provide great customer service (they were even so kind as to drop me off & pick me up from a nearby Starbucks when I had a new radiator installed recently). I was also impressed and surprised to see that they had washed my car for me when they finished the repair. You are definitely missing out (and most likely over paying) if you are not taking your car here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Can I give 6 stars? Would that be excessive? Not. At. All! Pierre over at Black Star European is the best! You can tell he does this because he likes helping people and knows cars. I own a 2018 Mini Countryman and was looking to get my front brake pads replaced along with a new sensor. So, I used the "request a quote" button on Yelp and to be honest, Black Star was not on my list. However, then app's algorithm matched me with this shop based on my location and Pierre responded right away with a significantly lower quote than his competitors.
