100 degrees out and my system failed on a Saturday afternoon! That night and all day Sunday we baked! But, They returned my weekend voicemail Monday morning, said they were fully booked but gave me an appointment for Tuesday morning. Monday evening they called me, sent their guy and boom! He had the system up and running in less then 30 minutes! Thank-you ARPI!!

My husband and I have used ARPI Mechanical several times, and have always been very satisfied with their service. Their response times are great, which we highly appreciate because having adequate heat in the house is important. On the latest service visit, the owner - Gary was able to order parts, and return within a day to complete the job. Gary, and Tammy -- who works in the office, are both wonderful do deal with.I was referred to ARPI by a neighbor who is a realtor and has a collection of top notch companies for all sorts of home services. Now I can pay it forward and refer others to ARPI.

We are very pleased to work with this company. We've used them for quite some time now with always excellent results, having been referred by some of our neighbors. We were initially referred to Gary the owner who's been just great but we've also been pleased with Gary's technician's, as well as Tammy who's always so nice and efficient when I call to schedule an appointment or ask a question. I called very recently to express concern for an elderly neighbor who was in bad need of a service and at risk for her AC breaking down. They were kind enough to come here this morning. We were very impressed with how quickly they made time for us during this extreme heat period. Matthew's assessment was super honest and efficient, as usual, and we couldn't be happier with the service he and his wonderful company delivers. He saved our neighbor much needed money and we're very grateful for that!
