We have been using Amy’s housekeeping for years for monthly cleaning our house. They always do an amazing job! They are reliable, efficient, and professional. Additionally they always go the extra mile and do more than we ask them to do. Amy responds to our requests quickly via text even in the evenings. She always tries to figure out solutions when we are in a pinch and need a cleaning on short notice. An example is that we needed a place in Ventura deep cleaned within a day and she gathered a team to go all the way out there (from Chatsworth) and save the day! What a lifesaver. We've worked with Amy for three years now, and she and her team provide hands down the best value cleaning service in the LA area. Every other cleaning service I've tried is either significantly more expensive (with a ton of hidden fees), or does not provide enough attention to detail.Amy's team is exceptionally thorough, polite, and fast. Amy herself has great communication and provides that 'local business feel' -- she cares about each client. Amy personally responds to each message to schedule appointments, and at the end of each service, the team does a walkthrough of the home with you to make sure it's to your liking. I cannot comment on Amy's Housekeeping services. But, they don't work weekends. This is a big snag for me as I work M-F. I only have weekends open.Their pricing seems fair. I did find another place that works weekends and is very thorough.
