Excellent customer service with Nicholas G. He was very professional and helpful through every step of the process. He answered every question and concern I had which is why I would recommend American Array Solar to anyone.
This company does great work. The onsite team was careful, quick and great at letting you know how the system works and what to expect. The part you need to prepare yourself for is agency approval. The building department and the utility company are in no rush to approve anything. Additionally inspectors interpret the code in different ways. When things were approved the onsite crew was here within a day or two and got things done quickly. Highly recommended.
