Arian came on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem, he recommended the part be replaced, a worker Paulino came with the part on Friday. Problem solved. The only glitch was a promised email did not come.

"I wish I never used them" The previous company & another were giving me a run around not answering calls. Anyway I found Aeris through Google search. Man the moment I called I spoke with Natalie. An angel sent from heaven. She listened to the situation I had. My mother is residing with me elderly. I was in desperate need of heath for night. Aeris company employees were extremely accurate and very accommodating. They were on time to remove and install my package unit and it works really well. Everything went as planned and on schedule.
