When I transferred my care from Pasadena to Orange County, I was skeptical about the quality of care since I have been with my primary doctor for over 30 years. Once, I scheduled my first appointment with Dr. Bhakta, I was surprised by the great experience and the quality of care.Dr. Bhakta is very professional, and compassionate and looks for different options to treat all my medical issues. Dr. Gina Rocillo, MD is a great doctor very knowledgeable on take good care of her patients especially understanding what the patients need and go through with their health. Honestly I would recommend Dr. Gina Rocillo, MD to be your doctor if need to find a great doctor for yourself.

This is the second time I've tried calling this office to make an appointment and been on hold for over 30 min with no answer. I've tried multiple times after hitting different options in hopes someone will answer but still no answer. Both times have been from 3-4pm which I'm confused because office hours are until 5pm. Feels like no one wants to help or answer your calls once it hits 3pm?
