Susy was very responsive, quickly scheduling the estimate inspection and then the installation, and she kept me well informed on the status of the project. Robert gave me a very fair price on a Carrier Infinity Heat Pump HVAC, and the installation crew arrived on-time and worked diligently to complete the installation in one long day. Everyone was Professional and Friendly. Robert recommended creating two zones, one for Downstairs and one for Upstairs. He also added a second air intake in the ceiling of our upstairs hallway (the original air intake is at floor level downstairs). It made a Huge Improvement for my home this summer. Our Upstairs Bonus Room used to be the hottest room in the house during the summer, but now it is within 1 degree of the upstairs hallway thermostat. We are very pleased with the price, performance and the quality/craftsmanship of the installation of the new HVAC system, and can highly recommend VigilAir.“
