“Hello, my daughter is studying in LA while we are in SF. It was her birthday yesterday and I so much wanted to brighten up her day. I've never ordered flowers before and I came across this page on Google. Ordering was simple and the pictures were descriptive. I chose a size and bouquet style. I personalized a note for her and asked to have it delivered to her at her school (as a huge surprise) before a certain time... I was so very skeptical and nervous but then I get a text from my daughter and she was so very much surprised and happy. She LOVED her bouquet and the delivery service. Our daughter and now son in law's wedding was enhanced by the additional beauty of these flowers. From the simplicity to the complex arrangements, all were fresh and professionally arranged. “I must have chosen the right business for my Valentine's flower order! This place is super busy in February, and I'm glad I went there a week before to pre-order a half dozen roses for Valentine's Day. I got six roses, two white, two red, and two pink, wrapped in white paper. It cost me a little over $30, and I picked it up the day before Valentine's Day. You can customize your bouquet here, which can be a fun activity! On the day before Valentine's, the line was out the door, and you could tell people were buying last-minute flowers and creating their bouquets. I waited about 30 minutes in line to pick up my pre-order. I finally asked the employee what to do if we pre-ordered, and she gave me my flowers. I wish they had a sign to direct the pre-orders to the front of the line, more employees, and a text saying that your flowers are ready. This could be more efficient moving forward. But overall, I would come back for more!“
