Ive been wearing glasses since I was 14 so I've had about 3 or 4 different eye doctors in my lifetime. Dr. Truong has got to be one of the best eye doctors out there. Who knew sears would have such a great optometrist? I believe she will be leaving sears (cerritos mall) and starting her new private practice so I will definitely be following her where ever she goes. She is very thorough during the eye exams and definitely is very knowledgeable about problems you may have and is sure all your needs are met. I am really really happy I went to Sears Optical! Everybody was so friendly, knowledgeable and approachable! Dr. Truong really know what she's doing. You can tell that she likes & loves her job and you can feel that she values her patients. She is very much knowledgeable, very happy and she would make you feel comftable! She would make sure that you understand what she relays to you and advice what best suits you! Overall experience, i really loved it!!! Awesome!

I am a first timer to Sears Optical and walked in Wednesday around 2:15pm, to ask about getting an eye exam and glasses. I made an appointment that same day for 2:30pm. I was browsing the frames selection and Dr. Truong walked out to get me after she was done seeing her last patient. She is very cheery and knows her craft. She made me feel at ease, thoroughly explaining the whole process of my eye exam without prompting, taking time with my exams (there were hiccups because my eyes were not cooperating) and answering all my questions without ever making me feel stupid.
