I went for the first time for my eye test. The experience with front desk and the doctor was real good. But for glasses the experience is pretty bad. I was told the person will check the insurance and get back to me. I left my frames with him. He never got back to me and after two weeks I left a message but no response, then again I called after couple weeks, front desk couldn't answer and I told I will come and get my frame, the front desk said ok to come and pick it up, more than a month and no glasses, now I have to go some other optometry for my glasses. I never had this bad anywhere else.
Had an awesome experience here from the phone call to schedule to having my 3 year olds eyes checked at our appt. Everyone was very friendly, professional and so kind to myself and my son who felt comfortable the whole time. The exam was very thorough and the Dr took his time and made the experience very positive. Will definitely be back!
Well run and efficient office: they answer the phones and are able to schedule appointments quickly. I saw Dr. Mallori almost immediately and she was incredible and whip smart. Spent the time to give a thorough exam and make recommendations and carefully explained issues. She has genuine care about her patients' well-being. She filled out some nightmarish paperwork I needed for work clearance. Highly recommend for all optometry needs. I drive from 45 miles away to go to this office.
