It seemed they were just out for the money. They said they would send a district manager out to give me a second opinion. They said he'd arrive in 35 minutes but I waited over an hour but he never came. When I called the office they said they cancel me!! Very unprofessional service and could care less about the client!! No recommend at all.
Called roto rooter and scheduled an appt, no one ever showed up. I called the office and the lady said they left a voicemail but I never received a voicemail. Last voicemail i received was last week. How are you going to setup appts and not honor them.
I have to give them a 3 star cause the initial young man that came was really good. Josh was his name. He came back the next day cause we had water back up again. However, this time around a supervisor came along with a camara. Normally 495.00 but this time was (free). This time, Nick was his name saw broken pipes and tree roots so he recommended two options to replace the affected area. About 10-15 feet of pipe, 4800.00 plus or same length but trenchless for 9500.00.I called the City about their tree, they came out and found a 3rd cleanout for me. Which is where the problem was and not at all where the (supervisor) had mention. City offers a reimbursement within reason...read full review
