Mandy's customer service is everything customer service should be. She was inviting, easy to communicate with, explained all the member options available, explained how each machine worked, how the process works when I return, and listened to my needs then gave great feedback. The facility is immaculate. The in-store music was at a comfortable volume. There is plenty of products to purchase.

I started my monthly subscription before the pandemic and they were still were open with safety precautions! I needed to tan before leaving for my destination wedding. Great place! The monthly prescription is the best!?

Absolutely love this place. I went in not knowing anything about tanning but the lady at the front desk was beyond helpful and outgoing that she made my first experience tanning, a great one. She was very welcoming to me and my buddy and wore her mask at all times. The tanning bed was clean and neat.
