5 star service for sure! I contacted them one day and they come out the very next day to provide carpet cleaning service for my master bedroom. After receiving multiple quotes from other companies, Matrix Carpet Care was by far the most reasonable. They even used extra cleaning chemicals that were free of charge! Would definitely use their services again.
