We had a wonderful experience working with Franklin & Downs. They made a difficult process as convenient and easy as possible. Melissa was so kind and responsive and answered all of my many questions. They provided many options for making the services a beautiful celebration of our loved one's life. Their compassion and attention to detail was so appreciated.
Melissa made this difficult process as smooth as possible. She answered all of our questions ensured we had the space to make my father’s service as personal as possible. Christian was also amazing and very very helpful.
Everyone here was extremely professional, thoughtful, kind and seemed to truly care about my family. When you are facing such a difficult time and feeling a major loss from your loved ones death, it helped to have these amazing people by my side. Thank you to eveyone at Franklin & Downs.
